His dedication and expertise earned him prestigious honors, including the Bronze Star and the Military Intelligence Corps Knowlton Award. Retiring as a senior Warrant Officer, Conrad transitioned into the world of technology and data analytics with the same commitment to excellence.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology, graduating magna cum laude from Colorado State University, and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Data Analytics with a concentration in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
