Natalie Salcedo is a professional ONE Championship MMA fighter, Brazilian jiu-jitsu black belt, and M.S. in Sports Psychology. A decorated multi-sport competitor—No-Gi World Champion and multi-time Muay Thai national champion—she represented Team USA at the IFMA World Championships and twice earned silver at the UWW Grappling World Team Trials. She integrates elite striking and grappling with evidence-based mental performance—attentional control, arousal regulation, and deliberate practice—translating them into simple routines and tight feedback loops that strengthen coaching, leadership, and under-pressure decision-making.

Beyond the arena, Natalie brings 18+ years in sales and customer service. She currently leads end-to-end operations for a vertically integrated gym and direct-to-consumer apparel brand, overseeing strategy, team development, and daily execution to deliver a best-in-class member and customer experience.
